Greetings!

This is the entry portal for things of interest to Robert L. Willcox and Deborah M. Jackson, and as of April 2008, is just barely under construction. So please bear with us. Things will improve (we hope) as time goes on.

What has precipitated this sudden and rather rudimentary initial web site is an extended trip we are planning for May. It occurred to us that it would be nice to have a place to post our daily rantings so our friends and family could keep track of us, and rather than just sign up at a blog site perhaps it was time to get our own site up and running. Been talking about it for a long time, have owned the name for years, and this seemed like just the kick in the rump we needed. So here it is, in all its "under construction" glory!

There's not a lot of content in most of the areas yet. We're just trying out a few things to see what we want to do. Mostly we wanted a place to post our notes as we go, display what pictures we can, and provide a mechanism for feedback, if y'all are so inclined. (Be nice!) We'll try to be mindful of the picture resolution so it doesn't turn into a bandwidth or memory hog.

So check in with us once in a while and we'll at least try to give you a feel for the trip ahead. Launch date for that is May 17th. Join us if you can.

That's about it. Comments, suggestions, recipes, postings - all gratefully accepted. Heck, we'll even take donations!

The One Truth of Life

In all our combined years of over a century of living we have discovered only one absolute truth and that is this - Cats are superior beings, and the sooner mere humans accept their role as feline servants the better off the entire world will be.
